Following three days of extensive discussions the trade unions at Land Rover, including the largest manufacturing trade union Amicus, have rejected the company's final offer. The recommendation of the trade unions on the joint negotiating committee to reject the company's offer was unanimously backed by a meeting on Friday morning (10 October) of shop stewards at Land Rover and will be put to the workforce at meetings this week.
