Motor industry authority and MEP Malcolm Harbour will address delegates at Automotive Management's autumn conference – Beyond Block Exemption – the debate continues – in a live link from Strasbourg.
Mr Harbour will give the latest position within the EC as the approach to BE revision enters its final year.
The joint chairman of the EU Forum for the Automobile and Society, and a non-executive director of the International Car Distribution Programme, will answer questions from delegates.
Mercedes-Benz UK boss Dermot Kelly, Pendragon chief executive Trevor Finn and Piers Trenear-Thomas of Grant Thornton Motor Retail are among the speakers. The conference will be held at the International Convention Centre, Birmingham, on Thursday October 4.
Chairing the conference will be Andrew Tongue, a director of the International Car Distribution Prog-ramme, and its authority on Block Exemption.
