Nationwide Accident Repair Services has announced the appointment of Adrian Dunleavy as group chief executive, with effect from October 1.

He joins the company from National Tyre Service, a subsidiary of the Continental Group, where he was chief executive, and prior to this he was European marketing and sales director of Continental's Trading Organisation.
