Britain's Institute of Directors has demanded that the Governent build more roads, both publicly and privately funded, to cut road congestion.
A report for the Institute of Directors also backs road pricing in towns.
Report author Graeme Leach, the Institute's chief economist, claims that the Government's £180bn 10-year transport plan will not ease jams unless new roads are built soon.
