DaimlerChrysler Financial Services has launched two insurance products for Chrysler Jeep customers.

Chrysler Jeep Insurance will help the carmaker maintain control over vehicle repairs, directing them to its dealer bodyshop network. The fully comprehensive scheme will be managed by the DaimlerChrysler Services Insurance Solutions call centre.

Chrysler Jeep Vehicle Replacement Insurance is a three-year policy that protects customers against depreciation if their vehicle is declared a total loss following an accident. It pays the difference between the insurance payout and the original invoice or current purchase price.

The payment is made direct to the Chrysler or Jeep dealer where the customer purchased the vehicle, allowing them to choose a replacement with minimum delay.
