Automotive e-business specialists DCS Automotive has united with the Signum Group, consultants in health and safety law, to launch the H & S Application that will help dealers ensure they stay within tightening workplace laws.

The software delivers the latest documentation via secure company intranets and provides an interactive system which guides the users through all of the required risk assessments and checklists.

It provides a paper-free system to help automotive organisations to stay within the law while offering time and cost savings. Centralised reporting across any number of dealerships enables potential problem areas to be identified and rectified rapidly, while automated reminders ensure that any actions are completed by their due date.

If they remain outstanding, alerts are posted through the management structure. The H & S Application provides an auditable history of all activities, including when they were done and by whom, and ensures that any new or amended legislation is updated instantaneously.
