Motor auctions group Manheim Europe has established a dedicated logistics department at its new offices in Rotherham.

Headed by group logistics manager John Hillier, the new section centralises delivery and collection of bulk movements to customers in a state-of-the-art transporter fleet. He is joined by Daryl Johnson as logistics manager and Lynne Powell as customer services manager.

“Efficiency is our key objective,” said Mr Hillier. “That will be improved because all our bulk transport movements are now managed for the whole company from one central point.”
