The Glenvarigill Porsche dealership in Bearsden, Glasgow, has been awarded Porsche Centre of the Year 2000.

This is first time Porsche Cars Great Britain has awarded this accolade, judged on every aspect of the business. Glenvarigill general manager Alistair Paterson, aftersales manager George Neilson and parts manager Gerry Furay have won a trip to Rome with Porsche.

Glenvarigill's Glasgow showroom underwent a refurbishment in 2000, with the dealership becoming solely a Porsche franchise after the Ferrari and Maserati businesses were transferred to Glenvarigill in Edinburgh.
