A pilot servicing loyalty scheme is being launched to customers in seven Renault dealerships across the Midlands and South Wales.
The Bright scheme (as in 'be right') aims to increase customer retention by offering a package of benefits such as courtesy cars, complimentary MoT test with a service and price guarantees as well as free valeting.
The scheme, which is free, will be offered to Renault customers even if they have only used the dealership's service facility once before.
If successful, Renault plans to roll the scheme out to its national network of dealers later this year.
