Reynolds and Reynolds, which has a 26.5% stake in Kalamazoo International, has acquired CyberCar which is preparing for a European launch.

CyberCar, which specialises in training dealership staff in winning online sales, is part of the US-based HAC Group which provides customer relation and web services to automotive manufacturers and dealers.
