Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator

A Prestige Dealership in the Norwich area are looking for a Vehicle Damage Estimator to join their successful team.

The Role

• Carry out Bodywork Estimates on Customers Vehicles using the latest software
• Dealing with Insurance Companies regarding repairs
• Ensure customers receive excellent service at all times.

About you

• At least 2 years experience as a Vehicle Damage Estimator.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to liaise with Insurance Engineers to ensure the correct times are agreed.
• Self motivated to give excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of Audatex or equivalent systems
