This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a high-performing, expanding multi-million pound business. HPL Motors is a used car supermarket that has been running for 29 years, and we are always growing and learning. Our new purpose-built super-site in Preston, with over 600 used cars, is opening next spring, with an incredible workshop which you will be managing. At HPL Motors, we are committed to customer care and the professional development of our team, with two Motor Trader Industry Awards under our belt for quality customer care.

Duties and responsibilities:

·         To recruit, train and develop staff

·         Handle complaints and queries from both customers and staff

·         To advise on all technical issues and queries

·         Must be able to effectively manage a team

Salary

•      Basic £30,000

•      OTE £50,000

Desired skills and our expectations:

•      Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

•      Working knowledge of Pinnicle would be advantageous

•      Must be able to effectively manage a team

•      Must have the ability to increase productivity and customer service standards
