Exciting Opportunity: Local Business Development Manager – Car Dealership
Location: Cardiff
Permanent/Full-time | 40 hours/week | £22,000 Basic + uncapped commission + Company Car + Benefits
Due to our clients expansion in the local fleet market, they are now looking for an experience Fleet Business Development Manager to work on a local basis.
Role Highlights:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses for the supply and management of company car fleets.
* Plan and organise daily selling activities, including contacting existing clients and cold calling to acquire new business.
* Manage Key Accounts, ensuring service levels are maintained and identifying incremental business opportunities.
Requirements
* Previous motor trade sales experience.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Drive to exceed targets.
* Full and valid UK driving license.
