Vertu Motors has acquired the business and certain assets of the Vauxhall dealership in Harrogate, Yorkshire of Nidd Vale Motors Limited, which is in administration for £0.8 million. No goodwill has been paid.
Nidd Vale Group, one of the first to truly embrace multi-franchising with its five brand dealership in Harrogate, has collapsed after financial difficulties.
Car dealer group Nidd Vale will close its Peugeot dealership in Ilkley on December 23.
