ALD Automotive | LeasePlan UK has appointed Tim Laver as country managing director, succeeding Alfonso Martinez who is retiring.
Laver brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive sector and previously led ALD Automotive as managing director, achieving double-digit growth in the corporate fleet segment.
This leadership change comes as ALD Automotive | LeasePlan UK prepares for the UK launch of its new brand, Ayvens, later this year.
Laver said: “As part of our PowerUP 2026 strategy, we plan to leverage our unparalleled industry expertise and data sources to shape the future of mobility and achieve excellence across our four priority areas: operational efficiency, client value, corporate responsibility, and profitability.”
