Volkswagen Group retailers have a new DMS option available to them with the news that Pinewood has entered a strategic partnership with the group for its Pinnacle system.

The move will see an extension to the current levels of integration already in place through the Pinnacle DMS technology covering parts, warranty, vehicle sales interfaces and mobile service reception solution, all of which are already fully compliant with Volkswagen Group dealer standards.

“Our Pinnacle software is being developed continuously to meet the rapidly changing market dynamics; a process led by our dealer-led ethos.

The announcement builds on Pinewood’s experience with Volkswagen Group retailers built over the last 25 years.
