MFG has launched a new range of training programmes in partnership with digital specialist Brainstorm that can be delivered remotely.
It’s part of MFG’s longer-term strategy to provide a broader, more flexible and holistic means of global delivery.
While face-to-face training in the same environment is optimum, MFG says its digitally enhanced training solutions have been designed to provide retailers and their staff with a new way to continue to learn and refine core skills – especially in these challenging trading conditions.
MFG CEO Declan Gaule said: “Recent events have highlighted the speed with which global business can falter when its people are restrained from their normal day-to-day roles. With the launch of MFG Digital in partnership with Brainstorm Communications, we hope to be able to provide our significant and proven automotive training experience to our global clients in the most flexible and productive way possible. Helping them to recover and thrive once again in more settled times.”
Three key products are being offered, each of which will still be delivered, monitored and managed by an MFG Trainer: MFG Sales Generator – Digital, MFG EV Sales Pro – Digital and MFG Performance Academy – Digital.
