Thought-leadership from central and regional government, automotive firms and transport groups will feature at a new Smart Transport Conference for businesses interested in the future of mobility in the UK.
The event will discuss the key future mobility challenges facing the UK and consider a roadmap towards practical, integrated transport solutions.
It aims to connects the policies set out by the public sector to the capabilities presented by the private sector. Speakers include: Matt Dale, head of consultancy, ALD Automotive; Mark Turnbull, global head of consulting, cap hpi; Michael Talbot, head of strategy, Zenzic; Dr Mike Short, chief scientific adviser, DIT; Liz Garlinge, network planning director, Highways England; and Polly Billington, director, UK100.
Topics discussed at the Smart Transport Conference, on September 18 a Birmingham ICC, will include developing innovative solutions to grow urban transport services in the UK, how public private collaboration is the key to successful shared mobility services and powering the charge to zero-emission vehicles.
