Direct Valeting Ltd has expanded its business to serve more 550 franchised dealerships in the UK, following its acquisition of Quality Assured Valeting Ltd.

The company is part of the ARWE Group, which provides professional services to automotive, rental and car sharing companies across Europe.

It previously worked with 350 dealers in the UK, specializing in new and used vehicle preparation, service vehicle requirements, display and showroom cleaning and vehicle imagery.

The new company will continue to service existing customers from both firms, but says it will enhance its customer care with smaller, condensed areas and regions providing “greater flexibility and excellent customer service levels.”
