John Clark Motor Group, one of Scotland’s largest dealer groups, has agreed to a new partnership with lead management specialist Rapid RTC.
The relationship will see Rapid RTC provide its platform to John Clark’s network of more than 34 dealerships, covering BMW, Jaguar Land Rover and Volkswagen franchises.
The platform is expected to be rolled out across the group by the end of January, with Rapid RTC providing bespoke training for dealership staff.

“Alongside generating a response, creating a quality response is a key priority for us, and Rapid RTC’s system enables us to deliver this.”
The supplier said it can guarantee a 100% response rate on online enquiries in under 30 minutes.
