Automotive training specialist TalkSales Europe is introducing a newly designed speaker training course.
It is aimed at sales managers and aftersales managers to help build their confidence and knowledge in delivering group presentations and public speaking.
TalkSales work across the UK delivering both onsite and in-workshop sessions to a number of dealer groups.
Richard Beagle, managing director and lead trainer at TalkSales, said: “Communication skills are key in both these roles and the two-day workshop has been evolved through demand from current clients to give managers increased skills in this area, filling a gap from traditional vehicle manufacturer training programs in the UK.
“Team briefings, group seminars and occasional external events along with ever increasing video content in the industry, are all areas that management presentation skills are tested against.
“Creating the right impact is vital. The speaker workshops will focus in these key areas.”
Delegates will receive specialist training on planning, vocal delivery, using positive body language, handling nerves and the appropriate use of visual aids to help create a professional impact, improving speaking and leadership skills.
The course has been designed enabling a safe environment to develop individually and get practical and personal feedback, using video technology to do this.
Beagle (pictured) and Bret Freeman will be leading the workshops.
Beagle has delivered more than 6,000 training sessions and workshops across the UK in his 21 years as a Trainer, is a member of Toastmasters International, a fellow of the Institute of Sales Marketing and Management (ISMM) and is a level four Institute of the Motor Industry accredited trainer.
Freeman (aka Bret Hollywood) is one of Europe’s best known ring announcers and has been the ‘voice’ of hundreds of events in Europe and the US .
He currently MCs many of Europe’s largest sporting events and can regularly be seen on Sky, Setanta and 60 other networks.
