Steven Eagell is making substantial investments to enhance its Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across the dealership group, reinforcing its commitment to help continue to attract, nurture, and develop industry talent.
Key improvements include increased basic salaries with a guaranteed £30,00 salary for the first 12 months for all sales and aftersales roles. Additionally, maternity, paternity, adoption, and sick pay have been enhanced to provide better support for employees during critical times. The business has also increased its annual leave allowance.
To celebrate outstanding contributions across the business, Steven Eagell Group has introduced its first-ever Excellence Awards. Voted for by general managers across all departments, these awards recognise not only exceptional performance but also reward the behaviours and values that drive success within the organisation. The business has also established long-service awards to honour employees reaching key milestones in their careers.
As part of its ongoing commitment to improving workplace culture, Steven Eagell Group has created a new role - general manager for transformation and talent and to strengthen collaboration and employee engagement, the company has introduced town hall meetings for the first time.
These gatherings provide employees with an opportunity to hear directly from leadership, gain insights into the group’s strategic direction, and have their voices heard, reinforcing a culture of transparency and teamwork.
Steven Eagell, CEO of Steven Eagell Group, said: “The enhancements to our EVP reflect our ongoing investment in our workforce and our dedication to making Steven Eagell Group a great place to work. We want our employees to feel valued, supported, and empowered. Later in 2025, we look forward to celebrating the incredible contributions of our team with the launch of our new Excellence Awards. Our people are at the core of our success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and recognition enables them to deliver excellence.”
