Škoda has offered a glimpse of its new all-electric bestseller, the Škoda Enyaq, as the brand gears up to celebrate its 130th anniversary.

The digital world premiere will take place on Wednesday, 8 January at 9:00 GMT with enthusiasts able to tune in to Škoda Auto’s official YouTube channel for the grand reveal.

The unveiling will feature the Škoda Enyaq and the Enyaq Coupé, along with SportLine versions.

The unveiling will feature the Škoda Enyaq and the Enyaq Coupé, along with SportLine versions.

The updated Škoda Enyaq lineup introduces the brand’s Modern Solid design philosophy with key design updates including a sleek Tech-Deck Face with glossy black accents, an illuminated Light Band, new LED Matrix beam headlights and optimised aerodynamics.

Inside, the Enyaq will feature sustainable materials and refined ergonomics while enhanced standard equipment and a diverse range of powertrain options will offer more performance and customisation.

The digital premiere will feature a video walkaround with expert insights, highlighting the vehicle’s design updates, technological advancements, and key specifications.

The update of the Enyaq is the latest step in Škoda's strategy to be one of the five best-selling brands in Europe by 2030 with the planned launch of entry-level and additional e-models. It currently offers 12 passenger car series: the Fabia, Scala, Octavia and Superb as well as the Kamiq, Karoq, Kodiaq, Elroq, Enyaq, Slavia, Kushaq and Kylaq.

Škoda saw a significant rise in UK registrations and a record market share in 2024 on the back of a raft of recent launches and updates, meaning 80% of the line-up is either new or updated in the past 12 months. 

In total, Škoda UK registered 78,601 cars in 2024, an increase of 12.3% over the same 12-month period in 2023 (70,024 units registered).

In total, 11,841 Enyaq SUV and Coupé models were registered by the end of 2024 (8,242 in 2023), making it the most successful year yet for the model which now ranks as one of the top ten best-selling EVs in the UK, claiming 6th position last year.
