Mercedes-Benz specialist Rygor Group has unveiled an online Career Hub, designed to support job seekers with application guidance, CV structuring, and interview techniques to help them secure their ideal roles.

Freely accessible via Rygor Group’s website, the Career Hub aims to be a valuable resource for anyone looking to improve their job prospects across any industry.

It provides clear interview tips, CV writing templates, and access to Rygor’s digital self-development journal. Additionally, users can benefit from free video content designed to assist with interview preparation, allowing them to practice common interview questions and see how others respond.

Kate Ruberry-Shoemack, head of people and communications at Rygor Group, said: “As a business, we’re committed to Rygor’s core values of being Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful, and these tenets sit behind everything we do – not just for our team and our customers, but for the wider community too. We understand that seeking employment can be daunting, so we want to assist people where we can, to ensure they have the best chance of success when applying for roles.

“We want to help people ‘stand-out’ at all stages of the process, and we hope that by having access to a free resource like the Rygor Career Hub, candidates will feel confident and empowered to succeed when they apply for roles. What’s more, visitors to the career hub can also access our brand-new, digital self development journal, to help more people reach their full potential with the help of this free resource.”

Rygor’s commitment to career development has been officially recognised as a Best Workplace, a Best Workplace for Wellbeing for two consecutive years, and now a UK Best Workplace for Development.
