Service plan specialist EMaC has promoted Emma Sidley-Wiltshaw to the new position of head of continuous improvement.
She joined the business in 2015 as a service plan advisor before heading up learning and development, where she played a pivotal role in launching and running the Aftersales Academy, EMaC’s training programme to support dealers and drive customer retention.
More recently she was organisational development manager, involved with ongoing client and partner relationships and supporting large scale new business and product implementations.
“Emma’s been a valued member of the EMaC team for many years and has played an important role in supporting our growth, so I’m delighted she has been promoted to Head of Continuous Improvement,” said John O’Donnell, EMaC’s managing director.
“She will be playing a key role in the development of our suite of retention products by providing consultancy services to our automotive partners and internal stakeholders.
“As we continue to expand our product portfolio and client base, this newly created position will enable Emma to support client implementations and change initiatives by providing her expertise and guidance, along with her unbridled enthusiasm,” he said.
Commenting on her new role Emma said: “Delivering exceptional client satisfaction and engaging with our partners is something I’m passionate about. I’m excited to move into my new role and use my experience and knowledge of EMaC’s product portfolio to deliver results for our partners.”
