Richard Blumberger has left Marshall Motor Group seven months after the AM100 motor retailer's acquisition by Constellation Automotive Group and the subsequent exit of its chief executive Daksh Gupta.
Blumberger, who was chief financial officer, is recorded at Companies House as having resigned his directorship at Marshall on December 31.
It is understood that he is taking a new position outside of motor retail.
It's the latest of a series of changes for Marshall under its ownership by Constellation. AM reported last year that Kia was ending its franchise partnership with Marshall, amid talk that some of Marshall's OEM partners had been unhappy with the takeover.
And since Gupta's exit Marshall has not yet announced a new chief executive, although Constellation has opened a group office at Hook in Hampshire, housing some 350 of the back office staff for its Cinch and BCA businesses.
Blumberger had been director of group finance at Mitie and previously held senior finance roles at Engie and Balfour Beatty before he joined Gupta on the Marshall board, replacing Mark Raban who had left to join Lookers.
