Alphera Financial Services announced that its partners have raised £2,500 for Macmillan Cancer Support through customer surveys.

The charity drive came about thanks to Alphera launching its innovative incentive scheme.

The programme, which runs until December 2017, is designed to support Alphera’s dealer partners in developing a deeper understanding of the customer journey, as well as gauging more accurately the consumer experience and point-of-sale techniques.

At the heart of the scheme is a survey sent to every customer who buys a vehicle utilising Alphera Financial Services.

To encourage dealers to secure as much customer feedback as possible, Alphera has pledged to pay a £1 donation in support of Macmillan Cancer Support for every completed customer survey form.

Alphera’s director Spencer Halil (pictured) said: “We are delighted that we have already managed to raise a significant sum for such a worthwhile charity.

“Our dealer partners have responded with tremendous positivity and continue to encourage customers to complete the survey.

“Not only is this enabling us to raise money for a great cause, but also provides valuable insights into the customer experience and how we can deliver a truly exceptional service in future. It’s a win-win.”
