Le Mont Saint is celebrating 30 years by appointing founder, Dave Beausire to chairman and promoting his two sons, Peter and Michael as joint managing directors.

Founded in 1987, the Guernsey-based dealer claims to have been “consistently in the top 10 dealers against target in the Fiat Group”. 

The new managing directors, Peter and Michael Beausire, have a wealth of experience in the family business, which their father founded when Peter was four and Michael just two.

Michael now operates the aftersales team at Le Mont Saint Garage while Peter heads up the sales team.

Dave Beausire said: “This business has been like my third child for three decades and being able to hand over its running to our sons is a proud moment for my wife Jackie and me.

“We know that they have the drive and ability to take the business forward and we are excited to watch them succeed.”

Peter said: “Our dad Dave has grown the business over the past 30 years from a shell of a garage into the thriving dealership we have today.

“I’m delighted that he now has the faith in me and Michael to drive the business forward.

"The brands we have are in a great place at the moment and I think the garage has an exciting future ahead.”

Michael said: “Since joining the company as a technician 11 years ago I have worked through each department of the garage.

"It is a great privilege to be promoted to joint managing director with my brother so we can continue growing the business our dad started 30 years ago.

“We are looking forward to continually moving with the times in all aspects of the business, but also keeping our customer service second to none.”
