Toyota Financial Services (UK) has appointed Fran Kenny as its new operations director.

Taking on responsibility for new business, retail/fleet and dealer underwriting, dealer services, dealer wholesale funding, UK IT, vehicle remarketing and the brand’s Customer Experience Centre, Kenny has 28 years of experience in motor finance.

The one-time Nottingham University Industrial Economics graduate worked in a variety of sales and sales training roles before he progressed into general management, managing teams in delivering front line service operations to motor dealers and customers.

A TFS spokesman said: “Fran joined Toyota Financial Services on July 9th 2001 and, over the last 14 years, has taken on new and varied roles and responsibilities within the organisation.

“His contribution has been significant and Fran displays great levels of expertise and knowledge of the company and our industry.”
