A new £3.5 million Holden Volvo store will open its doors in King’s Lynn later this year, replacing the current Downham Market facility.

The Bergen Way store will feature Volvo’s signature lounge area, complete with luxurious Scandinavian-style furniture. Visitors can relax or work while their car is being serviced, enjoying free Wi-Fi and private office spaces. Multiple charging points for both plug-in hybrids and fully electric vehicles are also available as part of the brand’s mission to achieve 90-100% electrified car sales by 2030.

The showroom will display the latest Volvo models, including the all-electric EX30 and XC40, as well as plug-in hybrid options. Additionally, a separate Volvo Selekt facility will house a wide range of approved used vehicles.

Holden Volvo will also offer the Volvo Personal Service, where the same technician handles the customer's vehicle from booking through to service completion, ensuring a seamless and personal experience. Two technicians work on each vehicle simultaneously, significantly reducing service time.

Martyn Webb, managing director of Holden Group Volvo, commenting on the move. said: “This new store marks a significant investment and reflects our commitment to providing a relaxed and eco-friendly environment for our customers. We’re proud to support Volvo’s sustainability mission and look forward to welcoming both new and returning customers to our new home.”
