Motors is teaming with data intelligence specialist Percayso to provide dealers with valuable insights into market demand, pricing trends, and vehicle history.

The new tool, Market Check powered by Percayso, is now live and will be offered free of charge to Motors’ dealer partners as part of a beta trial.

This new service allows dealers to quickly access essential market data to inform their retail strategies. The information includes insights into market demand, vehicle pricing, time-to-sell estimates, and similar vehicle listings.

Additionally, dealers will be able to retrieve comprehensive ownership and pricing histories of individual cars and their competitors. Market Check will be fully integrated into Motors’ Dealer Centre platform, making it easier for dealers to manage stock and make data-driven decisions.

Phill Jones, chief operating officer of Motors, said: "Market Check powered by Percayso will provide our dealer partners with invaluable live market intelligence on cars they have in stock, or are considering purchasing. We believe this new service will enable dealers to be even more agile, benefitting from guidance on pricing and support on maximising their retail performance."

Percayso’s automotive data capabilities were boosted by its acquisition of Cazana technology in 2023, following the collapse of the Cazoo brand.

This acquisition has expanded Percayso’s data repository, enabling it to offer deeper insights into vehicle history, market trends, and pricing.
