Cupra is reducing the price on its Born electric vehicle by £2,350 across the range to reduce entry prices for customers that would benefit from switching to an EV.
The price reduction means the Born will now be priced from £35,085.
The brand is also introducing additional incentives until the end of March, including a free Ohme smart home charger, a £750 pre-paid Mastercard for retail customers and 0% finance or a £4,000 deposit contribution on 3.6% finance.
As well as this, Cupra is simplifying the Born line-up by closing for new factory orders on the 58kWh 204PS across all trims, the 77kWh 230PS on the V2 trim, and both the V2 Edition and V3 Edition trims.
This means that the Born line-up will reduce for new factory orders to the V1 58kWh 230PS, V2 58kWh 230PS, V3 58kWh 230PS, and V3 77kWh 230PS, with the recently announced Born VZ also opening for order soon.
The £2,350 price reduction will be available for both new factory orders and orders from stock, including the trims and batteries that are now closed for new factory orders. Pricing for the Born VZ to be announced shortly.
For those that place an order before April 2, customers will receive a complimentary Cupra eCare plan which covers the first two years of servicing at an authorised Cupra retailer.
