DHL has been awarded a three-year contract to manage BMW Group’s Vehicle Distribution Centre in the UK.

The contract will see DHL create a UK centre of excellence for specialist vehicle repairs, optimising vehicle conditioning times and repair methods for used cars at Thorne, near Doncaster.

This new service includes fleet administration, valeting, preparation and refurbishment of vehicles. DHL will also provide specialist repair services including vehicles with carbonfibre bodies.
