PSA Group has shuffled its senior management board following the creation of a new Mobility Services Department.
Grégoire Olivier will head up the new Mobility Services Department from September 1. Denis Martin will take over as head of the China and Southeast Asia region.
Maxime Picat, who was head of the Peugeot brand, will take the reins of the Europe region. Jean-Philippe Imparato, currently spearheading PSA Retail's development, will take Picat's place at the head of the Peugeot brand.
PSA Group’s board has approved the inclusion of Picat in the managing board, to replace Olivier. Jean-Baptiste de Chatillon and Jean-Christophe Quémard will continue to serve on the managing board.
