Blue Motor Finance has been recognised by the London Stock Exchange Group as one of Britain’s most inspiring companies.

After being ranked Europe’s fastest-growing company back in March by the Financial Times and Statista, Blue Motor Finance today joins the ranks of the LSE’s most inspiring UK companies.

The report profiles 1,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who are fast-growing or making an otherwise positive societal impact.

Other companies included in past editions include Just Eat, Mulberry and Raspberry Pi maker Frontier Developments.

Blue Motor Finance’s co-founder and chief operating officer Chris Jones said: “We are proud of the success Blue Motor Finance has enjoyed at such an early stage of our development. By focusing on providing the best possible service and leveraging cutting edge technologies, we've seen remarkable growth thus far.

"It’s great to see the industry recognising the vast market opportunity that exists in disrupting car finance.”

The LSE 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain listing is an annual celebration of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic businesses.

It assesses organisations across a number of sectors, with revenues between £6m and £250m, based on their compound annual growth rate relative to the sector average.

The launch of the report in London will be followed by a nationwide roadshow, travelling through Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester, where the LSE’s selected entrepreneurs will share their advice and key lessons learned with aspiring founders.
