The Direct Affinity Experience includes two days of training staff how to conduct effective calls and how to close appointments, along with two evenings of coaching and prospecting using our call centre technology within the dealerships. It is predominantly used for sales generation, however different workflows can also be initiated through the system, such as finance renewals, lost sale or service reminders. It can also support dealers with lost sales analysis, and feedback any positive or negative comments that may highlight training needs. Following feedback from dealerships using the Direct Affinity Experience, a subscription-based service has now also been introduced for dealers who seek longer term support.  The subscription product allows dealers to enjoy the benefits of the platform and the additional sales that come with it.
