The new Kia EV3 compact electric SUV will be on show to customers through a series of ‘Electric Experience’ events across the car manufacturer’s 188-strong dealership network between August and November.

Kia launched the EV6, Niro EV, and EV9 at similar dealer events before their official sale dates.

Each event will feature an unveil show, an exclusive presentation on the EV3, and the opportunity to explore the vehicle in detail with experts on hand to offer potential buyers more information about transitioning to electric vehicles.

Unveiled on May 23, the Kia EV3 has been designed for maximum space, functionality, and comfort, and features the Kia AI Assistant, premium streaming, advanced driving assistance systems, and over-the-air (OTA) updates.

Built on Kia’s Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) and equipped with fourth-generation battery technology, the EV3 features an 81.4kWh battery pack, offering 00km (372 miles) driving range and 10-80% charging in 31 minutes.

UK-specific specifications and pricing will be announced in Q3 this year.

As part of its ‘Plan S’ strategy, announced in 2020, Kia aims to launch 15 fully electric models globally by 2027, with nine available in the UK.
