Gates Ford which operates nine sites across Essex, Hertfordshire and Greater London has launched the iStoreDOCS platform to give buyers a better experience and improve compliance procedures.
The cloud-based technology platform allows salespeople to build sales around the customers' needs, adding financial products and accessories as needed.
Commenting on the launch, Simon Dawson, group communications manager at Gates Ford, said: "The advanced technology available on the iStoreDOCS platform gives us greater flexibility to meet customer needs and gives the sales team better tools to work more efficiently. Gates Ford offers customers the ability to reserve a vehicle for £99 and book a service online. Its expert teams span new, used and LCV sales, through dedicated Transit centres.
