DM Keith expands with Cupra in Grimsby

DM Keith has expanded with Cupra by adding a second location across the group with a new showroom that will open in Grimsby this spring.

DM Keith already has a Cupra location in York and is continuing to expand after recently reaching ‘AM50 status’, as one of the top 50 motor groups by turnover in the UK.

The group now has a portfolio of 28 showrooms across the Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and Lancashire regions, representing 10 brands.

As a subsidiary of Seat, ‘Cupra’ was the former name given to the high-performance models in Seat’s range, before it became a standalone brand in 2018.

The Spanish brand recently celebrated a record 30,398 new car sales in the UK in 2024; an 18.5% increase on 2023’s figures.

DM Keith’s Cupra Grimsby site will sit alongside the Seat showroom already at the location.

In a joint statement, Dougal and Angus Keith, managing directors of the group, said: “Cupra’s growth over the last few years has been astonishing and we’re thrilled to join them in their expansion with the opening of our new Grimsby site.
