TrustFord has officially celebrated the opening of its new dealership in Carlisle.
Stuart Mustoe, TrustFord chief executive, officially opened the site on January 17, accompanied by Catherine Blee, passenger vehicle director, Ford of Britain & Ireland, along with members of TrustFord’s Board and leadership team.
The dealership, which includes new and used car, used commercial vehicle and motability vehicle sales, as well as aftersales and mobile servicing, first opened its doors in July.
Since being acquired last year, the site has undergone extensive redevelopment - representing an investment of £500,000.
The dealer group also operates a PartsPlus operation in Carlisle and work is already underway for a new Transit Centre in the area, which the company plans to open later in 2024.
To mark the occasion, the dealership is showcasing Ford’s latest model, the New All-Electric Explorer until January 23 ahead of its launch later this year.
Mustoe said: “It was great to visit our site in Carlisle today for the official opening. The facilities and our ongoing investment in Carlisle are testament to TrustFord's commitment to providing our customers with the best experience possible. Our expert Carlisle team and supporting teams have worked hard to ensure that this location embodies our dedication to driving the standard in customer care.’’
