The Best Companies League has placed independent car and van retailer Motorpoint as its top automotive company to work for.
It is the second time Motorpoint has topped the league table, coming top in 2021.
Motorpoint’s CEO Mark Carpenter said: “This year’s Automotive League has some great companies included in its rankings so to achieve the top spot is fantastic news. Motorpoint ranked 49th in the overall Best Large Companies To Work For table.
In the Automotive category, Motorpoint beat retailers Mercedes-Benz South West (3rd), Baylis (5th) and Vindis Group (7th) to the top spot.
Kia Motors UK was placed second in the ranking, while Cox Automotive took fourth place.
The Best Companies organisation uses data and insights to help achieve positive change within the workplace. The Best Companies Automotive League Table represents organisations with over twenty-five full-time employees in the UK Automotive sector.
