Sytner Group has donated £28,145 to the Ben chairty via an annual donation based on the number of cars sold through Sytner’s online trade-sales web site Sytner Electronic Auction.
It’s the third successive year the AM100-leading group has supported the charity, which provides support for life to motor industry people and their family dependents, as a result of the initiative which sees a £1 donation made from each sale of a car via the “Sytner Electronic Auction” site.
This year’s donation brings the total donation to Ben by Sytner to nearly £85,000.
Sarah Hughes, partnership development manager at Ben, said: “We are very grateful to Sytner Group for the generous donations over the past three years and we are proud of the strong partnership we have developed.
"Sytner has always been a loyal and generous supporter of Ben and donations such as this, aligned to the success of its business, enable us to provide free, confidential support to people working in the automotive industry and their family dependents when they need it the most.”
Darren Edwards, chief executive of Sytner Group, added: “Ben is a fantastic organisation which assists many individuals who have found themselves in need of support during life’s toughest challenges.
"We very much appreciate the comprehensive support Ben offers and are delighted to offer our ongoing commitment”.
