Flear & Thomson has become one of the UK's few Kia retailers to be awarded the Korean brand's Platinum Prestige Award for a second time.

The dealership previously won the award in 2015 and the recent recognition has placed it within the top 3% of Kia dealerships and business partners.

Flear & Thomson was presented with the accolade at the Kia Motors Europe headquarters in Frankfurt on December 1, 2017, joining an exclusive group of five dealerships to win this award more than once.

Group director director Scott Buchanan (pictured) said: “We are delighted to have been awarded Platinum Prestige status for the second time.

“We place great value on our excellent customer service and this award truly shows the quality and hard work of everyone at the dealership, something we are all very proud of.”

Certified through Kia’s evaluation programme, the Dealer Dashboard, this award is presented to Flear & Thomson for demonstrating outstanding customer satisfaction.

This measures the dealership’s service in four areas including facilities, management, operations and performance.
