Dealer profitability experts ASE has appointed Graham Gaddes as chief operating officer.
He joins ASE following five years at BPP, 16 years at Kaplan and he began his career with four years at Arthur Andersen.
During his last two roles he successfully transformed both businesses to make them more commercial and effective by the restructure of back office functions, relocation and restructure of marketing, overseeing the implementation of major IT systems , CRM, product catalogue, and scheduling.
Gaddes (pictured) expanded those businesses in South East Asia, South Africa, India, China, Middle East, South America as well as Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary.
Rob Jones, ASE chief exective, said: "As the business continues to grow we are pleased to be able to add experience to the team which enables us to respond to the needs of our clients efficiently and effectively."
