Swansway Group picked up a trio of awards as Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles recognised its top performing Van Centres during the first quarter of 2016.

The big winner was the group’s Liverpool Van Centre which claimed the Overall Top Performer accolade, Best Aftersales Performance and Best Satisfaction Performance.

Elsewhere, JCT600 were among the awards with a win in the Authorised Repairer category for its Wakefield operation, the Citygate Van Centre at Wooburn Green claimed the Loyalty Award Milton Keynes’ Brian Currie Van Centre won the Sales Award and Breeze Van Centre, Southampton, claimed the Used Award.

The Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Performance Awards celebrate the highest performing Van Centres and their staff each quarter.

The awards reward improvements in sales performance and customer satisfaction across all areas of the Van Centres’ business.
