Northern Ireland claimed Renault’s Car Dealer of the Year award for the first time ever with the success of Shelbourne Motors Ltd.

Representatives from the dealership travelled to London to collect their award after impressing judges with their all-round performance, meeting business objectives set by the manufacturer and impressive customer satisfaction.

Paul Ward, director of Portadown-based Shelbourne Motors Renault, collected the award. He said: “There are over 140 Renault dealers throughout the whole of the UK network so to come out on top is a tremendous achievement and a reflection of true team work.

“These awards recognise dealers who have committed professional standards and expertise, while also achieving remarkable performances over the year. It was a great 2015 for us here at Shelbourne Renault and we’re delighted that that has been rewarded.”

The Award comes as Shelbourne Motors Renault was named as one of Renault UK's recently launched specialist dealer networks dedicated to the high performance RenaultSport brand, of which there are only 26 in the UK.
