Mitsubishi and Isuzu dealership Midgley Motor Cars has teamed up with a nearby hotel to showcase its vehicles via an off-road driving experience.

The Skipton-based dealership has partnered with Coniston Hotel and Estate, which launched its Coniston 4x4 Driving Experience early last year.

Coniston general manager Simon Hesson told the Craven Herald newspaper: “The company has initially supplied us with three fantastic new 4x4 vehicles, a Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Hybrid, the latest series 5 L200 warrior pick-up and a Isuzu D-Max.

“This will enable Midgley Motors' customers to really test the vehicles’ performance on a purpose-built off-road course."

The Coniston Hotel recently won Welcome to Yorkshire's White Rose award for business tourism and is expected to attract more visitors thanks to its off-road offering.
