A ringing endorsement from staff has seen the Swansway Group end 2015 on a high with Best Companies 3 Star Accreditation status and inclusion in The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For.

It is the first time that the family owned motor retail group has achieved the Best Companies accolade but its sixth consecutive inclusion in The Sunday Times’ annual list.

Explaining the significance of the business’s latest achievement, Best Companies CEO and founder Jonathan Austin said: “To achieve Best Companies 3 Star Accreditation demonstrates extraordinary levels of engagement within the business. Don’t forget, Best Companies star accreditation is awarded based, solely, on the feedback from employee surveys, making it a genuine staff endorsement of the business.”

The award-winning Crewe based group employs 800 staff across eighteen dealerships representing eleven brands, two body shops, the head office function and a VAG TPS operation.
