Skurrays Vauxhall has launched a new 'Customer Journey programme with automotive eCRM agency Marketing Delivery.
Using data from existing dealership systems, Marketing Delivery manages service reminders and follow-up sales enquiries through mobile responsive emails and SMS.
Skurrays’ managing director Nick Plevey, said “The initial responses to the first messages have been excellent – both in volume and quality. Customers are engaging with the emails straight away.”
Marketing Delivery is running the programme across sales and aftersales for the group’s three Vauxhall dealerships in Swindon, Oxford and Marlborough. It will also monitor how customers perceive the service levels they have experienced.
