Vauxhall dealer Southern (Merthyr) has secured £400,000 of funding from Royal Bank of Scotland in order to modernise its showroom.
The £12 million turnover dealership, in Merthyr Tydfil, will use the loan to bring its premises in line with Vauxhall’s latest corporate standards and to provide more space for used cars.
Established in 1995, the dealership empoys 38 full time staff and expects to increase staff levels following the completion of the refurbishment.
Annie Morgan, managing director of Southern (Merthyr), said: "We are really excited about the refurbishment works and look forward to seeing the finished results which will provide a modern environment for us to showcase our new and used cars."
